GUARDIAN GM1000

The GM1000 is a cost effective and popular panel for small to medium sized applications. This model provides the same I/O, control and networking capability as the GM300 panel, but is equipped with a large 10” color touch screen display; providing the operator/user with a superior viewing experience. Improved graphical representations, more complete data presentation, and intuitive navigation all combine to create a panel that is unequalled in value.

GUARDIAN GM300

The GM300 is a cost effective and popular panel for small to medium sized applications. This system incorporates additional I/O capability over the small GM300MICRO, provides additional control capability, and has an ‘on-board’ Modbus communications port to allow easy integration to SCADA monitoring systems. Using the proven GUARDIAN® control philosophy, the GM300 provides precise control engine and compressor processors at a competitive cost.

GUARDIAN GM300 Micro

The GM300MICRO is the smallest member of the GM panel series. While small in size and low in cost, this model is big in benefits and rich in features, built on reliable Allen Bradley PLC hardware.

A built-in sequence table allows configuration of start and stop sequences for reciprocation and rotary packages for a wide variety of machine applications, including VRUs, CBM compressors, field booster compressors and more.

GUARDIAN Retrofit Program
In today’s market, companies are gauged by their revenues, costs, cash flows and efficiencies. This means maximizing existing revenue streams; (i.e. production and sales), reducing costs; (i.e. maintenance), and increasing efficiencies; (i.e. optimizing existing processes).

As existing compression equipment gets older, parts tend to wear out, and maintenance costs tend to increase. Downtime is a revenue "killer", and downtime due to controls failures are no longer tolerated.

Kilowatts has developed a retrofit program to upgrade aging controls on compressors with the latest advancements in technology.
